Merchant Circle, a business directory website, ran a survey asking small business owners how they felt about the recent stimulus bill. The survey was sent to 700,000 businesses across 50 states from 2/19/09-2/22/09. Of those, nearly 11,000 responded with interesting results, including only 22% approve of the $787 billion economic stimulus bill.
